US: Extended-stay company LivAway Suites has opened a property in San Marcos, Texas, its eleventh nationwide.
The property marks LivAway Suites’ first of a planned four in Texas. Other aparthotels are set for Dallas, San Antonio and Houston.
San Marcos suites come equipped with an in-room kitchen, fitness centre, parcel delivery lockboxes and guest laundry facilities.
“This opening in San Marcos represents an exciting milestone as we enter the Texas market,” LivAway Suites COO Kevin Dailey said. “Similar to our recent growth throughout the state of Arizona, San Marcos is just the beginning of our expansion across the Lone Star State. We look forward to bringing LivAway Suites’ modern, purpose-built extended stay experience to communities throughout Texas.”
The Texas property follows the opening of LivAway’s Tolleston, Arizona location last month.
LivAway Suites San Marcos is one of 14 properties in the Southwest region either open or in development. Across the United States, the brand has 26 properties in the development pipeline, with expansion planned into states including California, Florida and South Carolina.
