Friday Night Flix

The family-friendly event invites people to watch a movie outdoors with concessions available. Visitors can bring their own blankets, lawn chairs, snacks and drinks.

Free Prom Shop

All teens in Leander ISD are invited to shop for prom attire and accessories at the Free Prom Shop. Participants can choose from formal dresses, suit jackets, dress shirts and pants, accessories, shoes and jewelry. Registration for the event is not required but is recommended if students want to secure a shopping time or personal shopping experience.

Crawfish & Cocktails

Twin Lakes Family YMCA will host the community fundraiser benefiting the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign. The event will include a cornhole tournament, silent auction, signature cocktails and live music by Jean Pierre and the Zydeco Angels.

Angie ATX Realtor and Cedar Park Parks and Recreation are collaborating to host the annual Cedar Park Kite Festival. Community members can gather at Lakeline Park to fly kites among fellow community members and festival attendees.

Austin Water Lantern Festival

Community members can gather at Volente Beach Resort and Water Park to decorate and launch lanterns. The family-friendly event will also include food trucks and music.

Moms and mothers-to-be are invited to a monthly walk for fresh air and connection with others. On the first Friday of each month, moms can bring their kids to Brushy Creek Sports Park for an outdoor event.

Cedar Park residents can head to Lakeline Park for live music, yard games, kids’ activities, food trucks and drinks.

The Hill Country Bloomers Spring Plant Sale will take place on April 11 and include organic vegetable plants and native plants for sale. The plant sale will include organic vegetable plants, native plants, perennials, annuals, cacti, succulents and pots of all sizes for sale. Proceeds from the sale go to educational garden grants for schools and nonprofit organizations.

Cedar Fest 2026

Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce is hosting a free, family-friendly event featuring local vendors, face painting, pony rides and a two-day barbecue cook-off.

Parks and Trails Foundation of Cedar Park’s Annual Earth Day Celebration

Locals can join this annual Earth Day celebration to celebrate nature and sustainability. The event will feature interactive activities, educational booths and vendors.
