The Sachse City Council on Monday received a newly developed community logo intended for use in marketing, tourism and public engagement efforts, marking an expansion of the city’s existing branding structure.
The logo, previously introduced during the city’s State of the City address, will serve as the third official logo used by the city. It will not replace Sachse’s primary logo, which remains reserved for formal legal and governing communications.
According to a staff report presented to council, the city’s branding follows a defined hierarchy designed to ensure clarity and consistency across communications. That hierarchy currently includes a primary city logo and secondary logos, such as the Sachse Economic Development logo, which provide flexibility for departments and supporting materials without competing with the primary mark.
