The Houston-born café brings Parisian charm, handcrafted crêpes and elevated café culture to Belt Line Road

Addison’s dining scene just received a touch of Parisian flair. Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café officially opened its newest North Texas location on Feb. 16 at 5290 Belt Line Road, Suite 110, inviting guests to step into a space where European café culture meets Texas hospitality.

From the moment you walk in, Sweet Paris feels transportive. The interiors are polished yet welcoming, designed for lingering conversations over lattes, celebratory brunches and leisurely dinners that stretch into the evening. It is the kind of place where breakfast feels indulgent, lunch feels refined and dessert is never optional.

The Art Of Eating Crêpes

At the heart of Sweet Paris is its signature crêpe menu, offering both sweet and savory options crafted with precision and flair. Guests can expect delicate, made-to-order crêpes filled with everything from fresh fruit and Nutella to elevated savory combinations layered with premium ingredients. The menu also includes Belgian waffles, vibrant salads, pressed paninis, handcrafted espresso drinks, matcha beverages and specialty coffees, creating an all-day café experience.

The Addison café is led by local entrepreneurs Ludo and Yi Le Gall. A France native, Ludo brings a lifelong passion for culinary tradition and a deep appreciation for authentic café culture. The couple first partnered with Sweet Paris in 2018, opening their first location in Friendswood in 2020. They later expanded to McKinney in 2025 and now introduce their third venture to Addison.

“Our third Sweet Paris store opening is a milestone we’re incredibly proud to celebrate,” Ludo said in an official statement. “From taking our first leap into entrepreneurship with Sweet Paris to now opening our newest location, this has been a journey defined by growth, learning and strong partnerships.”

A Growing Presence In North Texas

The Addison opening marks Sweet Paris’ fourth location in North Texas and another step in the brand’s rapid national expansion. Founded in Houston, the concept has become one of the country’s fastest-growing fast-casual brands, with more than 27 additional locations currently in development across multiple states.

“Opening in Addison is an exciting milestone for Sweet Paris,” said Allison Chavez, CEO and co-founder. “The town’s energy, dining culture and close-knit community align perfectly with our brand.”
