Pass the olives, please.
It appears a new Mediterranean eatery will soon be joining the dining scene at the former Leon Springs location of Papa Nachos, and locals are looking forward to it.
Milo’s Mediterranean Restaurant, a new diner located at 24145 Interstate 10 West, just outside of Boerne, looks like it is preparing to open soon in Texas Hill Country, bringing more Mediterranean and Greek foods closer to diners hungry for more diverse offerings. Though it’s not entirely clear what menu items the restaurant will serve, diners are likely to embrace the eatery. It is also unclear when it will open.
A sign for the new restaurant recently went up after the old Papa Nachos spot relocated closer to Boerne in Fair Oaks Ranch. The beloved San Antonio-based Mexican staple opened at a new spot in late November 2025, leaving restaurant-goers wondering what would become of the old location.
Papa Nachos’ new restaurant features an expanded dining space, a larger bar, a patio, a private room and a swanky parking lot for restaurant owners to meet increased demand as the Hill Country continues to see growth.
MySA had not been able to locate a business page or contact for the owners of the new Mediterranean restaurant, but when we stopped by on February 19, 2026, waste management service vehicles were parked out front.
