FORT WORTH – Hillwood has begun construction on Alliance Westport 12 at AllianceTexas, a 1.2 million-sf Class A industrial building within the Alliance Logistics District.
The project is part of the 27,000-acre master-planned development and will be located near BNSF’s Alliance Intermodal Facility.
Alliance Westport 12 will have access to Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport and the Alliance Intermodal Facility.
Completion is expected in first quarter 2027.
