A Potbelly sandwich shop opened in mid-February at Georgetown’s Wolf Ranch Town Center, according to a company news release.

The new location is led by franchisees Jignesh and Nitin Patel.
Potbelly has more than 60 restaurants across Texas, and offers a menu of toasted sandwiches, wraps, shakes and sides.
