Because of the windy and dry conditions Saturday, any fires that develop could spread rapidly. A RED FLAG WARNING is in place for the counties in pink from 10 am to 9 pm Saturday.
TIPS FOR FIRE SAFETY
Avoid all outdoor burning
Dispose of cigarettes properly
Don’t use tools that create sparks
Don’t drag trailer chains
Don’t park cars on grass
CHILLY WEATHER RETURNS
By Sunday morning, temperatures will fall into the low-40s. We’ll rebound into the 60s, with plenty of sun Sunday afternoon.
Monday morning will be coldest as we drop into the 30s. A freeze is not expected in San Antonio, but jackets will be needed Monday morning.
