BASTROP COUNTY, Texas — A highway in Bastrop County may be renamed as “Charlie Kirk Corridor.”
On Monday, the Bastrop County Commissioners Court is set to vote on an item supporting the renaming of a designation of FM 969 after the conservative activist who was assassinated in August.
The resolution, if approved, would have the Court call upon the Texas State Senator and Representative representing Bastrop County to sponsor and support legislation to rename the road.
