Hudson House, known for its East Coast–inspired raw bar and touted “World’s Coldest Martini,” is making its way to Southlake, according to a release. Slated to open in Summer 2026 at 1131 E. Southlake Blvd, the new location will bring the neighborhood-style comfort and classic American dishes that have quietly made the restaurant a local favorite since its Fort Worth debut in December 2023 at 4600 Dexter Ave. Inside the former Celebration and The Ice House locale.
The menu leans on familiar favorites with a polished touch — thin-patty cheeseburgers with house Hudson sauce, creamy Chicken Parm, and The Bouquet, a tower of oysters, shrimp, snow crab claws, and tuna tartare.
Hudson House’s raw bar and casual yet refined approach to American classics have earned it a loyal following. The Southlake location is expected to continue that tradition with leather booths, a wraparound bar, a sit-down raw bar, and an outdoor patio.
The bar menu balances the signature “World’s Coldest Martini” with seasonal and approachable cocktails, including a Lemon Drop, Bleu & Gold, Frozen Bellini, and Strawberry Spritz. The focus remains on drinks that naturally pair with the food and encourage lingering conversation.
“Southlake has been on our radar for years—it’s a tight-knit community that values great hospitality and consistency,” said Hunter Pond, founder & CEO of Vandelay Hospitality Group. “We’re excited to bring our East Coast raw bar, signature cheeseburger, and the ‘World’s Coldest Martini’ to the neighborhood this winter.”
