Dallas-Fort Worth residents can expect mild temperatures with possible high gusts of wind this week.
Madi Gordon, National Weather Service meteorologist, said the week will start out with seasonable temperatures, getting into the mid-80s Wednesday. Later in the week, temperatures will drop to the 70s, she said.
“We may see an elevated fire threat develop,” Gordon said. “So good practice is not to toss any lit cigarettes from vehicles, things like that. Nothing that can produce any wildfire starts.”
