Data shows the median price of homes sold decreased in three ZIP codes and increased in the other three. ZIP code 77345 saw the biggest percentage change year over year, with more than a 17% increase.
On average, homes stayed on the market longer in January 2026.
Nearly 65% of homes sold in January 2026 were in the $200,000-$399,999 price range.
