Arlington, TX — Professional boxer Alex Holley partnered with community platform Arlington Urban to donate over 5,600 bottles of water (234 cases) to Mission Arlington in support of local families and individuals facing increased need.

The donation was delivered directly to Mission Arlington on Wednesday, February 18 by Holley and members of the Arlington Urban team as part of a community-focused effort tied to Holley’s upcoming fight in Arlington.

Holley is set to compete at the ProBox TV Contender Series professional boxing event at the College Park Center at the University of Texas at Arlington on Friday, February 27, 2026.

“Giving back matters just as much as what I do in the ring. I come from a community that poured into me, and I believe it’s my responsibility to pour back into others. So with my next fight being in Arlington, I felt supporting this community through an organization like Mission Arlington wasn’t optional for me. Doing this with Arlington Urban reminds me that success ain’t just about wins and knockouts. It’s also about how I use my platform to uplift others.” – Alex Holley

“Over the last eight years, we’ve built relationships with accomplished individuals like Alex Holley all across DFW. When those relationships line up with opportunities in Arlington, we see it as our role to find ways to connect them to organizations serving this community. Partnering with Alex to do this is a direct example of that. We’re grateful to support the work Mission Arlington has done for decades and continues to do every day.” — Brandon Chiles, AUME

Mission Arlington provides food, clothing, emergency assistance, shelter support, and other critical services to residents across the city. All programs and resources are funded entirely through community donations. According to the organization’s leadership, bottled water is a current high-demand item requested by families, making this contribution immediately impactful.
