The Department of Research, Data, and Publishing Partnerships invites you to two workshops geared towards accessibility compliance for Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETDs) in which we will share tools and knowledge about making a digital document accessible using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat. Creating an accessible document not only improves the readability of your work but also promotes inclusivity by allowing your research to reach a broader audience. We want to ensure that our students are well informed about WCAG standards so that they can format documents that prioritize accessibility. The details are provided below.

📅 Date: Tuesday, February 24 and Tuesday, March 31

🕛 Time: 1-3 p.m. (for both workshops)

📍 Location: Day Family Research Lab (Room 510) in the Central Library

We encourage you to attend one, or both, of these workshops to learn about the accessibility tools and resources available to you. We appreciate your collaboration in making UTA’s published content accessibility friendly!
