Police are asking for the public’s help finding the suspect involved in a hit-and-run that left a woman injured on Sept. 26 in southeast Austin.
AUSTIN, Texas — Law enforcement is seeking assistance identifying the person responsible for a hit-and-run that happened in late September in southeast Austin.Â
Detectives with the Austin Police Department (APD) Highway Enforcement Unit are asking for the public’s help finding the suspect, who they say hit a woman on Sept. 26.Â
According to APD, the collision happened at roughly 9:47 p.m. between a truck and the pedestrian along the 2100 block of Willow Creek Dr.Â
Police believe the driver might’ve been traveling in a red pickup truck, but they did not describe their physical appearance.Â
