Jesus Mendoza joined Trevor Scott and Sierra Waggoner in the kitchen to share a taste of what visitors can enjoy when they stop by. Today’s spotlight is on breakfast, with Mendoza walking through what’s on the morning menu and what customers can expect when they visit Mr. Natural.
“Everyone is kind of in a hurry in the morning. All the time. You’re always trying to grab a cup of coffee. Trying to grab a quick meal,” said Jesus. Mr. Natural offers several savory options for your morning rush, like seitan sausage and cheese kolaches, tofu migas, or the filling “MOAB” Mother of All Burritos.
Beyond the breakfast plates, Mr. Natural also offers a dynamic selection of pastries, including gluten-free options for anyone looking to skip the wheat without skipping dessert.
“We have tons of Gluten-free options, and we have your traditional conchas. We are a Hispanic bakery, you know, and then we’ve got the scones that we make, empanadas, and muffins. It’s all made without preservatives, naturally made with organic flours and whole wheat flours.”

And because breakfast and caffeine tend to go hand in hand, Mendoza also introduced a new drink: the BBL Iced, a Banana Bourbon Latte!
“Our new Banana bourbon latte is delicious! It has a bourbon infused with maple and pecans. And then the cloud is a banana cold foam foam, all dairy-free.”
