EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14) — The Mimbela Family NorthEaster Parade celebrates the heart of the annual Mimbela Family Northeaster Parade is marking a major milestone this year, celebrating 48 years as one of El Paso’s most cherished Easter traditions.

Founded and organized by the Mimbela family, the parade has become synonymous with Easter in El Paso, featuring colorful floats, marching bands, community groups, and appearances by the Easter Bunny. Professional boxing champion Stephanie Han will serve as the Grand Marshal of the Mimbela Family Northeaster Parade. The parade will be starting from Diana Dr. and will end on Hondo Pass Dr.

With nearly five decades of history behind it, the Mimbela Family Northeaster Parade continues to stand as a symbol of unity and Easter joy in the Borderland.
