A North Austin massage therapist is accused of sexually assaulting a client in an incident that happened in November 2025, according to court documents obtained by KVUE on Wednesday.Â
Documents reveal Edwin Garzon, a massage therapist at Spa Sway Day + Med Spa located at the Domain, allegedly sexually assaulted one of his patients on Nov. 2, 2025.Â
The victim revealed she had a prior massage appointment with Garzon and that she had no concerns after that appointment, leading her to book him again a second time.Â
Court documents state that the victim told police she entered the massage room and Garzon told her to “undress to her comfort level.” She told police Garzon then began the massage, with her face down on the massage table, and that he began getting close to her genitals.
She said she remembered at one point Garzon moving her leg during the massage and making a comment allegedly while laughing, saying, “Oh where does your leg want to go.”
Garzon then reportedly told the victim to turn face up, of which he was then standing reportedly next to the table on her right side. He placed her leg over his neck/shoulder area and he then sexually assaulted her, documents reveal. As Garzon was reportedly massaging her leg he allegedly said “Oh I’m massaging a very beautiful body,” and then “We aren’t going to get in trouble, are we?”
The victim told police that she didn’t know what to do and froze, and complained of pain during the assault. The victim told police that Garzon removed the cover that was on her upper body during the massage and massaged her breasts. After that, Garzon left the room and she reported quickly getting dressed.
As the victim said she was about to leave the massage parlor, Garzon reportedly told her to return back to the massage room, where she told police she felt uncomfortable. Garzon reportedly told the victim that he had “not done anything like that before and knows she had not done anything like that either.” Police tried to contact Garzon regarding the incident, but did not hear back.Â
Garzon is charged with sexual assault, a second-degree felony.Â
