EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 77-year-old man was arrested and accused of stealing an ATV in September in far east El Paso.
Deputies arrested Daiv Kawika Sundown.
The incident happened on September 11 at the 4000 block of O’Leary regarding a reported stolen all-terrain vehicle (ATV).
During the investigation, deputies located the stolen ATV at a property in the 15000 block of Hope Road.
Through the course of their investigation, detectives identified Sundown as the suspect responsible for the theft, and an arrest warrant was obtained.
On October 9, detectives located and arrested Sundown without incident.
He was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on one count of Theft of Property under $2,500, with bond set at $5,000.
