PFLUGERVILLE, Texas — Pflugerville police have arrested a 17-year-old in connection with an online threat made against the IDEA school earlier this month.
Ryan El Mokhtar El Gourari was taken into custody on Thursday and charged with second-degree felony terrorism, according to the Pflugerville Police Department.
The arrest stems from a call received by police on October 5 regarding an online threat of violence involving the school, located at 1901 E. Wells Branch Pkwy.

After an investigation, detectives identified El Gourari as the suspect who made the threat.
El Gourari is currently in custody, and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
