President Trump heads to Corpus Christi amid high-profile Senate primary showdown

SAN ANTONIO – Happening today, President Donald Trump heads to Texas.

He’ll be in Corpus Christi talking about his energy and economic policies.

The top three candidates in the Texas Republican primary for U.S. Senate will also be there.

Senator John Cornyn is fighting for a fifth term in a tight race against Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and Congressman Wesley Hunt.

The president has not endorsed anyone, saying he supports all of them.
