SAN ANTONIO — A suspect has been detained after police responded to a disturbance involving a gun at a South Side elementary school on Thursday.
Police were called just before 3 p.m. to Price Elementary School located in the 220 block of Price Avenue.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, a 72-year-old suspect was seen possibly pointing a firearm at pedestrians in a car line.
We have reached out to South San Antonio Independent School District for more information and are waiting to hear back.
No injuries were reported and police say no shots were fired. It’s unclear if any charges will be filed.
