(KBTX) – On the second day of the NFL Scouting Combine, Aggies Will Lee III and Nate Boerkircher took center stage for on-field workouts at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
Boerkircher is the lone tight end who participated from Texas A&M. The only drill he showcased was the 20-yard shuttle. He finished in 4.40 seconds, which ranks fifth among six tight ends that participated in that drill.
Lee III is the only cornerback from A&M at the combine. He ran a 4.52 40-yard dash, ranking 18th out of 20 participating corners. His 42″ vertical tied for second among all cornerbacks. The 6-foot-1, 193-pound defensive back also tied for second in the broad jump at 11′0″.
There are 13 total Aggies in this year’s combine, marking a program record and the most of any school this year.
The drills continue Saturday with quarterbacks, wide receivers, and running backs.
