EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Police and Crime Stoppers of El Paso are asking for your help in finding a man who held up a Northeast convenience store last month at gunpoint.

This is this week’s “Crime of Week,” as publicized by Crime Stoppers.

Just before 1 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 8, a customer was at the counter at the Circle K Store, 10567 Rushing, when a man armed with a gun walked in.

The suspect pointed the weapon at the clerk and then the customer, Crime Stoppers said.

The man demanded money from the store and left with an undisclosed amount of cash, Crime Stoppers said.

The suspect is an Hispanic male, 5 feet, 8 inches in height, in his mid-20s to early 30s, light complexioned, with an average build. He wore a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, a dark-hooded jacket, a black mask, navy blue Aero 1987 running pants, and black Nike Air Force 1 shoes.

The suspect walked out of the store towards Trojan Drive, Crime Stoppers said.
