Bonnie Brae Street

Project:

Bonnie Brae Street is being reconstructed to widen three miles from Scripture Street to Loop 288 and build a continuous four-lane divided road.

Update: Contractors installed storm drain lines and curb inlets between Riney Road and North Elm Street, Denton officials confirmed.

Project:

Work includes completely reconstructing the street, drainage improvements and utility updates.

Update: City staff said crews with the city have set up traffic control and started installing the water main.

Bedford Road bridge

Project:

Work includes elevating Bedford Road out of the Little Bear Creek floodplain between Somerset Boulevard and Saddlebrook Drive in Colleyville.

Update: Colleyville City Council approved a preliminary design contract with Halff Associates at the Feb. 3 council meeting.
