A woman was rescued by CCFD on Monday after flipping her vehicle near the H-E-B on Weber Road. No other injuries were reported. Her condition is unknown at this time

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — CCPD and CCFD responded to a vehicle accident on Monday afternoon that sent one woman to a local hospital. 

CCPD Public Information Officer Madeline Commons told 3NEWS on Monday that one woman was injured in the accident and transported to a local medical facility. Her injuries are unknown at this time, according to Commons. 

Investigators are on scene trying to determine what lead to the crash and the vehicle overturning. 

Southbound traffic is being rerouted through the Weber Square parking lot.  Avoid the area if possible.
