Olivia Miles got the scoring for the Frogs with a step-back three early in the first quarter. The TCU defense held Baylor to just seven points in the first quarter as TCU went into the second quarter up 15-7.

The Frogs continued their defense, just holding Baylor to eight points in the second quarter. The Frogs went into the break up 26-15. Olivia Miles and Marta Suarez outscored Baylor themselves with 20 points combined in the first half.

Miles continued her scoring with a layup to open the third quarter. Baylor’s offense started to fire up in the third, but they could not stop TCU from staying ahead. The Frogs went into the fourth, up 46-34.

The Frogs continued to maintain their lead throughout the fourth, going back and forth with Baylor throughout the quarter. TCU would hold onto win, 65-53, to clinch the Big 12 regular season title.

Marta Suarez finished the game with a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds while shooting 5-6 from three. Olivia Miles added 19 points of her own.

TCU now will compete in the Big 12 tournament in Kansas City, MO. TCU will have a two round bye, awaiting the winner of Houston vs BYU and then the winner of Utah vs Houston/BYU.

Just like that, the #Big12WBB regular season comes to a close… but the best is yet to come.
