SAN ANTONIO — The Bexar County Elections Department preparing for what it expects to be a big turnout for Election Day tomorrow.

Just in the two weeks of early voting, the county says turnout this year doubled compared to 2022.

As far as safety, the elections department is working with the sheriff’s office and will have deputies monitoring sites throughout the day.

Before you head to the polls, here’s what to know:

You don’t need your voter registration card but you do need a valid photo ID. The county accepts seven different forms.Cell phones aren’t allowed inside polling locations but you can bring paper notes or a sample ballot.Polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. if you’re in line by 7, stay in line and you will be allowed to vote.Comment with Bubbles
