AUSTIN, Texas (NBC, KYMA) – A third victim has died following the deadly shooting at a bar in Austin, Texas this past weekend.

Officials confirmed that 30-year-old Jorge Pederson was taken off life support Monday evening.

21-year-old Savitha Shan and 19-year-old Ryder Harrington were also killed outside of Buford’s, a popular beer garden along W. Sixth Street in Downtown Austin.

Federal, state and local law enforcement are continuing to investigate the suspected gunman, 53-year-old Ndiaga Diagne.

The FBI has called the shooting a “potential act of terrorism,” and its Joint Terrorism Task Force is involved in the investigation.

Diagne was fatally shot by police responding to the scene. Thirteen others were injured in the shooting.
