Texans went to the polls for the primaries on Tuesday, with several key races expected to head to a runoff in May.

The GOP Senate primary between incumbent John Cornyn, Ken Paxton, and Wesley Hunt.
The Democrat GOP Senate contest between State Representative James Talarico and Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett.
The race for Attorney General between Republicans Chip Roy, Mayes Middleton, Aaron Reitz, and Joan Huffman.
The Comptroller contest between Kelly Hancock and Don Huffines.
The race to replace retiring Bexar County DA Joe Gonzales.
The Congressional GOP primary in District 23. Tony Gonzales is in danger of losing his seat because of a scandal involving an ex-staffer that committed suicide last year. Gonzales has denied accusations he had an affair with the woman.
