LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – After taking down a then-No. 4 Iowa State, No. 10 Texas Tech fell at home to TCU, 73-65 in the final home game in Lubbock on the year.
Donovan Atwell scored a team-high 19 points with Jaylen Petty behind him with 17. Christian Anderson scored 11 and finished with nine assists.
Texas Tech’s bench scored only 10 points on the night. TCU outrebounded Texas Tech, 39-25. The Red Raiders also committed 15 turnovers on the night, which TCU turned into 18 points.
