HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Toll Brothers, a national luxury homebuilder operating in over 60 markets, will soon begin sales in several new communities in greater Houston.
The company announced the development of a new master-planned community in Richmond named Evergrove. Sitework is underway at FM 723 and Old Pecan Road, about 30 miles southwest of downtown Houston. Toll Brothers will be joined by Tri Pointe Homes as a builder in the new community.
Toll Brothers will build modern homes ranging from 1,880 SF to over 6,100 SF on 45- to 80-foot-wide lots. The homes will be priced from the mid-$400,000s to the mid-$900,000s. Home sales are expected to begin in fall 2026.
“We are thrilled to unveil a variety of new home collections coming soon to Evergrove, a new master-planned community designed to inspire and elevate the lifestyles of our home shoppers,” Brian Murray, Division President of Toll Brothers in Houston, said in an announcement.
Jones Creek will wind through the community, which will have a fitness center, pool, fishing pond, and parks. Students will attend Lamar Consolidated Independent School District.
Houston Leads Nation for Master-Planned Communities
On Houston’s southeast side in Webster, Toll Brothers will soon begin home sales in Midline, a development of Brookfield Residential and CDC Houston near Baybrook Mall. Midline is 20 miles from downtown Houston off the Gulf Freeway near El Dorado Boulevard.
Toll Brothers will offer one- and two-story homes on 70-foot-wide lots within the 1,000-acre Midline master plan. Site work is underway, and the community is anticipated to open for sales in late spring 2026.
The Toll Brothers homes at Midline will range from 3,386 SF to over 4,651 SF. Prices will begin in the upper $600,000s. Planned community amenities include The Midline Club opening summer 2027, including walking and biking trails, a resort-style pool, a clubhouse and fitness center, parks, playgrounds, and an event lawn.
Located in Clear Creek Independent School District, Midline’s neighborhood schools are Greene Elementary, Brookside Intermediate, and Clear Brook High School.
North of Houston, Toll Brothers recently began home sales at Toll Brothers at Wildtree off FM 1486 in Magnolia. The builder offers modern style homes on 60-foot-wide lots.
Homes at Toll Brothers at Wildtree range from 3,078 SF to 3,600 SF and contain 4 to 5 bedrooms and 3 to 4.5 baths. Pricing starts from the $500,000s.
The development is part of Wildtree, a master-planned community developed by Shea Homes. Planned amenities include a clubhouse, resort-style pool, playgrounds, walking and biking trails, and ample greenspace. Students attend Magnolia Independent School District’s Magnolia Parkway Elementary, Magnolia Junior High, and Magnolia West High School.
Nearby, Toll Brothers at Audubon is coming soon to Magnolia. Located within the Audubon master plan, the community will feature homes from 3,600 SF to over 6,100 SF on 80-foot-wide home sites. Prices will start in the upper $800,000s and sales are expected to begin in summer 2026.
