Meanwhile, Veterans Memorial had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Warriors a 15-0 shutout. The Chargers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 contests by seven runs or more this season.

Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Friday. Calallen hasn’t had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 1.5 home runs per game. However, it’s not like Veterans Memorial struggles in that department as they’ve been averaging an even more impressive 0.6 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it’ll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
