Shelby Williams will be the Collin County Commissioner Precinct 4 Republican nominee, according to unofficial Collin County voting results.
With all vote centers reporting, Williams has received 10,974 votes, defeating Woody Huffines in the Republican primary race. Huffines has received 10,788 votes, according to unofficial county voting results.
The winner will appear again on the November ballot against Julie Holmer, who ran unopposed in the Democratic primary race.
