The University of Houston is slated to expand its professional development courses to the University of Houston’s Katy campus.
HOUSTON — The C.T. Bauer College of Business is slated to expand its professional development courses to the University of Houston’s Katy campus.
The new courses are tailored for professionals who have already earned their degrees and are looking to sharpen their skills, gain new tools or get promoted. The courses start March 27 at 22400 Grand Circle Blvd. to serve the rapidly growing business community in west Houston.
The college will kick off the courses with a free exclusive event March 6 at UH Katy that is “designed for senior leaders, directors, managers and business owners,” according to Bauer’s website.
“The Katy region has experienced remarkable growth in both population and industry over the past decade,” Cheryl Baldwin, associate dean of executive education, said in a statement. “We are seeing strong demand from organizations that want high-impact leadership development and workforce training closer to where their employees live and work.”
