A new multifamily development is on track for construction in Richardson’s CityLine area after City Plan Commission approval March 3.

The multifamily development is planned for construction on a 3.5-acre property at the corner of Routh Creek Parkway and East CityLine Drive, near the CityLine/Bush station.
The commission approved a replat for the site, reconfiguring lot lines to accommodate the new development. The approved replat will accommodate 8-foot-wide sidewalks for the multifamily development, as well as dedicate Oncor easements and water easements for water meters.
According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the multifamily development will be JLB West Cityline. Construction is expected to be complete in summer 2027.
