EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A shooting occurred early Friday morning, March 6, after a physical altercation outside of a strip mall in East El Paso, according to a social media video posted on FitFam.
The video shows a group of what seems to be teenagers involved in a physical altercation, and moments later, gunshots can be heard. The group is then seen running away from the strip mall located on 1641 North Zaragoza.
The video also shows red tape in the area after police responded, and the person in the video can be heard saying that no one in the area is allowed to leave because there is blood at the scene.
The area is currently closed, and the shooting is under investigation.
El Paso police confirmed the shooting happened in the area and the call came in at 1:15 a.m. Police did not say if anyone was injured in the shooting or if there were any arrests.
