A new senior assistance service opened in January to offer senior placement services throughout Southeast Houston.
Long story short
Founded in 2003, Assisted Living Locators is a nationwide senior placement service with more than 170 locations across 39 states, according to a Jan. 26 news release from the company.
The southeast Houston location is owned and operated by Jeremy Moore, a veteran and healthcare professional with a background in medical technology and referral network development, according to the release.
Moore said in the release that he is especially dedicated to helping senior veterans fully understand the potential benefits they may be entitled to as part of their care planning process.

Assisted Living Locators of Southeast Houston will offer the following services:
• Personalized senior care assessments evaluating physical, cognitive and lifestyle needs
• Recommendations for assisted living, memory care and in-home care services
• Coordination of tours and support throughout the placement process
• Guidance to help families understand care costs, budgets and available resources
• Assistance with urgent or complex transitions, including emergency placement needs

The Assisted Living Locators Southeast Houston location does not have a brick and mortar office, but Moore is available to meet with clients at a place of their choosing, said Rhonda Grundemann, the company’s director of communications.
