LUBBOCK, Texas – The Buddy Holly Center announced they are hosting a Día de los Muertos workshop Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
The cost is $10 per person.

The Buddy Holly Center invited the community to come join this early preview of the Aztec holiday known as “El Día de los Muertos.” Discover its fascinating beginnings and how it has evolved into what it is today.
Participants will decorate sugar skulls and make Papel picado. These are two items typically featured in the holiday’s celebrations.
