A new Zalat Pizza location opened in Colleyville in February, according to company staff.
Zalat menu includes a selection of pizzas, such as the zealot, which is the chain’s take on a supreme pizza, chicken teriyaki and loaded notato. Company staff added that the Colleyville location has limited dining room seating, which is a little bit different than other locations.
Before Zalat moved in, the suite previously housed a RedBrick Pizza, according to previous reporting. The company, which was founded by Khanh Nguyen, has several other North Texas locations, including in Flower Mound, Richardson and Denton.
