COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The Alabama women’s tennis team (10-3, 2-3 SEC) fell to No. 8 Texas A&M (13-2, 5-0 SEC), 4-1, in a Saturday road match at the Mitchell Tennis Center.

Karla Bartel highlighted the Crimson Tide with a ranked victory at the No. 4 spot in singles.

Texas A&M clinched the team victory with singles wins on courts two, three, one and five, respectively
