An off-duty Dallas police officer was involved in a shooting Sunday in Addison, officials said in a statement.
The unidentified officer was not injured, officials said.
DPD did not publicly say what led to the shooting or if anyone was hurt. .
An investigation into the incident will be conducted by Addison police, officials said. The Dallas Morning News contacted Addison police for further details but has not yet heard back.
