EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso police are investigating the death of a 19-year-old man who was found dead last week in the 7500 block of Green Valley near a canal area.
Officers with the El Paso Police Department responded to an unknown problem call at about 7:54 a.m. March 3 and found Rogelio Guillermo Suarez dead at the scene, police said.
Detectives with the department’s Crimes Against Persons Unit responded and deemed the death suspicious.

In an update, police said Crimes Against Persons obtained a warrant for Benjamin Jacob Perez, 32, who was booked into the EPCDF on a charge of murder.
