Today, a majority of eligible Fort Worth Report employees voted to affiliate with the Communications Workers of America. We respect our employees’ right to organize. 

We will begin the process of negotiating a collective bargaining agreement. This is a formal legal process and will take time. 

Throughout this process, our organization’s commitment to Fort Worth and its residents will not change. We will continue delivering free, fair and independent local reporting that supports an informed and engaged civic life in Fort Worth.
