Man wanted on family violence, drug charges arrested in Central El Paso

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 34-year-old man wanted for family violence and drug charges was arrested Monday in Central El Paso.

According to the El Paso County Constable Office of Hector Bernal, Precinct Three, deputies found Rafael Chaparro and arrested him at the 4000 block of Leeds Avenue near US-54, after they received information of an active criminal warrant for the charges:

Assault Family Violence with Previous Convictions, $100,000 bond Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 under 1 Gram

According to jail records, Chaparro was booked into the El Paso County Downtown Jail.
