TEXAS A&M QUOTES

Head Coach Brian Kortan

On the strong contributions from the entire team…

“We really did a good job on the par-4s today. That allowed us to string together a good number of birdies. It was a good day and they scored well. Any time you a bunch of scores in the 60s it’s a good thing. So they did enough good things well to put good scores on the board.

On the message to the team on closing out the tournament strong…

“Our message rarely wavers. We want to do us. We want to do the things we do well. There are a few things they need to clean up – a few things we weren’t really happy with today. Going into any round one of our goals is always to have the low score, so that won’t change tomorrow. I’m looking forward to it.”
