Taste of the Coast Food Truck Festival

The Taste of the Coast Food Truck Festival – Spring Break Edition brings together the best food trucks from across the Coastal Bend for a day of flavor, fun, and live music. Corpus Christi IceRays vs Amarillo Wranglers

7-10 p.m. at 1901 N Shoreline Blvd, Corpus Christi

The Corpus Christi IceRays welcome fans to their 2025–2026 hockey season, offering games with a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. Kids 12 and under get in free, and youth players wearing their team jerseys also receive complimentary admission.

The Makers Market Craft Sale, hosted by the Coastal Bend Quilt and Needlework Guild, offers a variety of unique, handcrafted items from local artisans. Visitors can shop quilts, jewelry, purses, and other handmade treasures in a relaxed, community-focused setting.

Twenty Below Ice Cream Rollz Grand Opening Celebration

12-8 p.m. at  Twenty Below Ice Cream Rollz 5520 Everhart Rd, Corpus Christi

KIII 3News ‘Be a Lifesaver’ Spring Break Blood Drive

KIII 3 News is hosting its annual “Be a Lifesaver” Spring Break Blood Drive to help ensure local hospitals have lifesaving blood available. Donations are critical during the busy travel season, and the community is encouraged to participate and make a difference.

St. Patrick School Shamrock Shuffle

7:30-10 a.m. at  Cole Park Amphitheater 1526 Ocean Dr, Corpus Christi

The St. Patrick School Shamrock Shuffle invites participants to run or walk in a 5K and for kids to join the 1K Leprechaun Chase for a gold medal. The family-friendly event features fun, festive activities and encourages early registration for guaranteed shirts.

The St. Paddy’s Festival at Cassidy’s Irish Pub in Corpus Christi celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with live music, Celtic dancers, an Irish marching band, local artists, and food trucks. Guests can enjoy performances, cultural flair, and festive fun in a lively, community-focused atmosphere.

Queen Legacy: Tribute to Queen

René Vaca, a stand-up comedian, writer, and actor from Southern California, has performed at sold-out venues across North America and was featured in Netflix’s 2024 Is A Joke Festival. Sunday Funday offers crawfish boiled by The Grove, live music, and all-day family fun on the lawn. The event is free and open to everyone.
