The Tarrant County medical examiner’s office on Tuesday identified the motorcyclist killed in a collision March 2 in Crowley as 41-year-old Eric Montanez.
Montanez died at the scene of the crash, which occurred about 6:15 p.m. in the 1400 block of Business FM 1187 West. He died from blunt force injuries, according to the medical examiner.
The Crowley Police Department said the collision involved a car and two motorcycles. A second motorcyclist was airlifted to a hospital in critical condition. The driver of the car was released at the scene, and no criminal charges have been announced as the investigation continues, police said.
