Whiskey Cake is serving special items like the Root Awakening, a Bloody Mary made with carrot juice, tequila and house-made mix, as well as a take-home bundle for $30 that features deviled eggs, chicken and waffle sliders, and candied bacon.

Haywire’s Eater special features a brunch buffet with carving stations, a seafood bar, a taco bar, breakfast favorites, desserts and pastries. The buffet is $59.95 for adults and $19.95 for children.

Sixty Vines is launching a spring brunch menu with carrot cake pancakes, The Winemaker’s Breakfast (eggs, hash browns, sausage and sourdough toast), avocado bene croast, egg white frittata and a shareable brunch board for family-style dining.

Uchiko Plano is opening for a rare lunch service with a six-course menu, including hama chili, a Nigiri course, a sashimi course, a temaki course and fried milk for $120 for two people.

Truluck’s is serving their full menu, including a lemon-blueberry custard bread pudding, carrot cake and a tart key lime pie.
Truluck’s Ocean’s Finest Seafood and Crab will be open on Easter Sunday, April 5, 2026, to accommodate holiday diners. Princi Italia is hosting an Easter brunch with Eggs Benedict, brioche French toast and Sunday lasagna, which includes Italian sausage, meatballs and hand-dipped ricotta. The menu is complemented by brunch cocktails, including mimosas, Aperol spritzes and Bellinis. For dinner, the Sunday lasagna, Parmesan-crusted sea bass piccata, grilled filet of beef tenderloin and Meyer lemon and pistachio cannoli are available.
