How we got here

The city of Georgetown first approved the project in 2022, when it was proposed by developer Blackburn Communities. The development plan for this project includes urban streetscapes, parks, trails and other outdoor amenities.

What else

Houston-based Criss Cross Commercial Group announced the purchase of commercial property for the project late 2025 with the intent to break ground in early 2026. Market at 1460 is the commercial aspect of the project. The commercial project occupies 11 acres with frontage to both FM 1460 and Westinghouse Road, with plans indicating both multifamily and single-family housing developments will be located behind it.
